The BR series production line integrates multiple advanced technologies from Bell Machinery, enabling stable production of large-diameter PVC-HO pipes ranging from 90-1000mm. Optimized temperature control, pressure control, and molding control achieve higher production efficiency and consistency. The finished pipes exhibit outstanding performance in pressure resistance and ring stiffness, possessing higher long-term strength and structural stability, while also exhibiting excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance, making them suitable for municipal water supply, pressure pipeline networks, and other engineering applications.

• 75-800mm RTP Pipe Pipe Extrusion Solution

BEIER Machinery’s RTP pipe production line is equipped with multiple patented technologies, enabling fully automated continuous winding of fiberglass tape, intelligent online high-precision splicing of fiberglass tape, and simultaneous and efficient heating of multiple fiberglass tapes and pipes, effectively reducing manual intervention and waste pipe generation.

• PVC Fully Automated Mixing System

BEIER Machinery’s fully automated PVC mixing system is a core piece of equipment for precise mixing and continuous production in the rubber, plastics, and chemical industries. It integrates feeding, metering, mixing, conveying, and storage, and is suitable for various materials including powders, granules, and liquids. Its modular design ensures safety and environmental friendliness.
