This PP-R pipe extrusion line is engineered to manufacture composite pipes with outer diameters ranging from 20mm to 63mm. This structural upgrade prevents pipe deformation under high-temperature water flow, making it ideal for demanding plumbing and heating infrastructure.

Before approving the equipment for dispatch, our technical specialists conducted a full-load test run. We closely monitored the three-layer co-extrusion process. The specialized die head distributed the polymer melts evenly, ensuring precise wall thickness and strong inter-layer adhesion.

From the vacuum calibration tank to the haul-off and cutting units, every component operated smoothly. The surface finish and structural integrity of the sample pipes produced during the trial strictly met international manufacturing standards.
