  • Extruder Part
    PVC resin powder and various additives (like stabilizers and colorants) are fed into the extruder. The screws heat and mix the raw materials, melting them into a homogenous, plasticized liquid.
  • Extrusion Die Head
    The molten PVC is forced through a custom-designed die head, which shapes the material into the desired cross-section of the trunking profile. The die determines the final dimensions and shape.
  • Vacuum Calibration Table
    Immediately after leaving the die, the hot, soft profile enters the vacuum calibration table. Here, it is cooled with water and shaped by a vacuum to maintain its precise dimensions as it solidifies.
  • Haul-off Machine
    This haul-off uses a series of belts or rollers to pull the profile out of the calibration table at a steady, consistent speed. The speed of the haul-off machine is critical for controlling the thickness and dimensions of the final product.
  • Cutter Machine
    A cutter, typically a saw, cuts the continuous profile into the required lengths (e.g., 2, 3, or 4 meters).
