PVC double exit pipe extrusion line uses a conical twin-screw extruder and a special mold design to extrude two PVC pipes of different specifications or the same at one time, which greatly improves production efficiency and reduces production costs. The PVC double pipe extrusion process mainly includes: batching, drying, feeding, plasticizing, extrusion molding, cooling and shaping, traction cutting, inspection and packaging.

Working Principle of PVC Double Pipe Extrusion Line:

The PVC powder enters the extruder under the action of the feeding system, and is gradually plasticized into a melt after shearing, friction and compression of the screw. The melt is extruded through the mold, and the diameter of the pipe is controlled by the sizing sleeve. Subsequently, the pipe enters the cooling water tank for cooling and shaping, and is finally pulled out by the traction machine and cut into the required length.
