    Extrusion head with spiral structure, melt inside distributed evenly, achieve best plasticization. Calibration design with water ring which is easy to clean, to achieve better cooling and then fast forming.
  • Vacuum Tank
    Advanced cyclone design and adjustable spray angle for better cooling effect. Driven by hydraulic system, move forward and backward rapidly and stably. 3+9m design for fast cooling calibration and segment control.
  • Haul-off
    Each caterpillar controlled by independent motor, optional servo motor guarantee uniform speed. Special design for well adapted to insulation pipe.
  • Cutter
    Precise non-chip and planetary cutting with servo motor, adapt to different cutting situation.
