  • Extruder Part
    PVC resin powder and various additives (like stabilizers and colorants) are fed into the extruder. The screws heat and mix the raw materials, melting them into a homogenous, plasticized liquid.
  • Extrusion Die Head
    The mold has complex flow channels inside, which evenly distribute the molten PVC material into two separate cavities and form the desired cross-sectional shape. The mold design and manufacturing precision directly determine the dimensional consistency and quality of the two profiles.
  • Vacuum Calibration Table
    Immediately after leaving the die, the hot, soft profile enters the vacuum calibration table. Here, it is cooled with water and shaped by a vacuum to maintain its precise dimensions as it solidifies.
  • Haul-off Machine
    Equipped with two sets of independent tracks, the system grips and pulls the two profiles simultaneously and smoothly, ensuring they move at a constant speed.
  • Cutter Machine
    Usually two synchronously running walking circular saw cutting machines cut two profiles into the required length simultaneously or alternately according to the set length.
