PVC / PMMA Roof Tile Making Machine Description:

The main part of the PVC / PMMA roof tile making machine is equipped with a conical twin screw.

Screw barrel: to ensure the excellent plasticization of mixed materials suitable for a variety of formulas; the screw is equipped with a core temperature adjustment device and a good barrel cooling to ensure the accuracy of the material process temperature.

Control: The screw adopts a vacuum exhaust system, which can discharge the moisture in the material to ensure the quality of the product.

Gearbox: High-torque dedicated drive system. The teeth and shaft are made of high-strength alloy steel to adapt to the high-torque; low-noise stable operation of the cone pair.

Barrel cooling: It is heated by copper fin pottery, and the air cooling system has good cooling effect.

Extrusion die: Roof tile extrusion machine adopts a unique multi-flow channel design to ensure the large width and stable extrusion of the material; and the die lip gap control can be adjusted freely.

Three-roller calendering device: the design of independent control is adopted, and the roller gap can be easily adjusted.

Heating device: heat treatment before secondary molding is used to ensure the process requirements before wave-shaped molding.

Forming device: The unique wave forming roller design ensures rapid product forming and accurate size.

Traction device: The roof tile extrusion line adopts two-roller traction structure, the roller pitch can be adjusted freely; and the frequency conversion stepless speed regulation can meet the needs of multiple extrusion speeds and provide a strong guarantee for stable production.

Cutting device: reasonable cutting method, the blade adopts imported high-quality steel to ensure fast, stable and smooth cutting.

Roof tile making machine’s control system: a variety of control systems are available (such as: PLC automation control system) to meet the needs of different customers.
