Russia – Three-layer PE Pipe Extrusion Line (Φ1600mm)

In January 2025, a customer from Russia ordered the “Φ1600mm three-layer PE pipe extrusion line” produced by our BEIER. With 25 years of manufacturing experience, BEIER has won the trust of customers.

PE pipe extrusion production line is specially used to produce polyethylene pipes of various specifications and types. PE pipes have been widely used in many fields such as municipal water supply, agricultural irrigation, industrial pipelines, etc. due to their excellent flexibility, corrosion resistance and lightweight characteristics.

PE pipe production line usually include raw material mixing systems, extruders, dies, vacuum sizing boxes, cooling systems, traction systems and cutting systems.
